It’s Digi Choosday day again.
Hope you’re ready to enter another Digi Choosday Challenge. This week our challenge is  ‘SUMMER ’.
Full details of what I’ve used can be found in the Thumb Linkies below and my ingredient list
So I’ve recently come back from a lovely two week break on a Mediterranean cruise and a week’s stay in a hotel in Sa Coma, Majorca, so I’ve decided to make a start on a scrapbook about our holiday and this is the first page of the week’s stay in a hotel that I’d like to share with you.
Here is my make:

Ingredients:
Daler Rowney Mixed Media paper 8x8 Cloud Paper from the Little Kingdom Collection Boat from the Little Kingdom Collection Compass from the Little Kingdom Collection The wood and bunting from the Winston Full Collection Three photos of the beach from our holiday

I’m excited to see your makes for this week’s challenge.  Perhaps you could choose to create a card, a fab piece of d├ęcor or so…

HAPPY HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY POLKADOODLES - PART 2

Happy 7th birthday Polka Doodles. As this anniversary is normally called the "7 year itch", the Polka Doodles team have embraced the prickly feeling by scratching that itch and mixing/scratching up some new images ... get the pun? Corny we know but the team have had great fun. So to embrace the “itchy scratch” the Polka Doodles team have thrown caution to the wind and “scratched up” a different kind of birthday celebration. The birthday celebrations will be running for 2 weeks and each day someone from the Polka Doodles team will be sharing their “mixed/scratched up” image. It’s been all hush hush and secret squirrel too as no one knows who has been busy creating what and when they will be revealing their image... so the Polka Doodles team get to join in the fun too. To add an extra layer of itchy fun, everyone has also been colouring up the new “scratched/mixed up” images, (still not knowing who designed them) and they will be sharing via their blogs and on FaceBook. We r…

POLKADOODLES SAMPLE - LITTLE KINGDOM

Hello again!!

Well, my last post of today's three posts and I've saved my most favourite sample till the end...

For this make I used the Little Kingdom CD that you can get right HERE on preorder as the TV show was a sell out!!  And I'm not surprised because who could resist the charm of these wonderful uber cute collections from the very talented Nikky.

This time I've made a hanging HOME sign using an MDF board and layering the paper from the collection over it and inking the edges with Versa Magic Jumbo Java ink and then layering some chunky HOME letters from The Works which I've inked as well onto the MDF board and then embellishing it lots and lots with flowers, butterflies, hearts, houses which I printed onto Kraft card and then decoupaged them and added Icicle Stickles Glitter glue and finished off with a hanging bow of twine.

Hope you like my make.  See you on Tuesday for my next Digi Choosday make.
Take care
Tanya xx

POLKADOODLES SAMPLE - Magic Garden

Hello everybody

My second post of the day....with another one planned for this evening too which will be the last of my samples for the brand new Polkadoodles Soup Collections.

This is an 8x8 kraft card which I've used the Magic Garden CD for the papers and embellishments which you can get on pre-order right HERE

AND if you haven't still watched the TV show you can go right to the Create & Craft catch up online and watch it again until Wednesday.

Now there's some fab templates on both of the collections but on this collection there's a fab mailer envelope that you can use to house your cards that have plenty of dimension, I show cased this last week and this is a matching card I made using the same flowers and dimension and lace.

I used Kraft card and one of the background tree scenes from the CD and the green chequered paper too and inked around the edges in Memento Ink in Desert Sand and some liquid pearls in Gold Pearl around the design with the flowers layered…

POLKADOODLES - little kingdom

Hello everybody

Well the weather has been dreary for this weekend and so I thought I'd cheer myself up with blogging and showing you another one of the makes I made for Nikky's recent Create & Craft launch of one of the new Soup Collections called Little Kingdom.

The collection is absolutely fabulous and if you use the CD and the stamps together your crafting limits will know no bounds!!!

The sample I've made to show you today just uses the CD collection....but watch this space for some of my makes using the stamps very very soon.

The Little Kingdom can be bought on pre-order by going right HERE as a full collection or just the CD by going HERE and just the stamps by going HERE

Here is my make:

Ingredients Used:
Kraft card to print the card base with the cloud paper from the collection Kraft card to print off all the elements repeatedly to decoupage Silicone glue Stickles Icicle Sentiment - Home Is Not A Place It's A Feeling - from the collection
